Directions for Use

Directions: Take 3 capsules twice daily. For best results take the second dose 24 to 60 minutes before activity. For jump start and maximum effect take 6 caps twice daily for the first two days. If too powerful, only take before sexual activity. Grinder^TM 24 is gentle on the stomach and can be taken with or without food. Grinder^TM 24 also makes a great tasting tea; simply empty capsules in hot water (do not boil) and sweeten to taste.

CAUTION: Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing or under 18. Grinder^TM 24 is for married men and women. If you have a medical condition or taking medication, consult your doctor before using.
